I believe what makes therapy successful is a goal-oriented approach of addressing and resolving issues. I believe in developing goals, having a clear treatment plan, and including the client actively in this process. This allows my clients to resolve their issues and go on to complete the therapeutic process and lead a more satisfying life. ~Rochelle
Rochelle Whitson LMFT

“I believe the definition of a successful therapy experience is completing treatment feeling happier and having changed what is not working in your life. Rather your goal is improving your marriage, being a better parent, getting your teen or child to a place where they are happy and thriving, or working through individual issues, I aim to work together with my clients to accomplish these goals and help you DESIGN YOUR LIFE! I use my many years of clinical training and experience along with my own experiences as a wife and mother to both relate to and empathize with the experience of my clients as I help them navigate their way to improved happiness and overall peace.

Throughout the twenty plus years I have been practicing in the Temecula valley, my practice has grown solely through word of mouth, as previous clients share their experiences with others. I feel honored and humbled that those I work with have found the process helpful and want to share with those they know and love!”
