I believe what makes therapy successful is a goal-oriented approach of addressing and resolving issues. I believe in developing goals, having a clear treatment plan, and including the client actively in this process. This allows my clients to resolve their issues and go on to complete the therapeutic process and lead a more satisfying life. ~Rochelle
